Aerosmith HIV Care & Prevention Fund, 2000
Many of the resources included on the Young Men's Health were originally part of AdolescentHealth.com, which was developed in 2000 through contributions from the Aerosmith HIV Care & Prevention Fund at Children's Hospital Boston.
Mannion Grant, 2006
In 2006, we received a Mannion Grant through the Department of Social Work and the Center for Families at Children’s Hospital Boston, which provided additional resources to update our website and establish the Young Men’s Health Task Force. The Task Force created many new resources for young men for use in the adolescent outpatient clinic, and provided the impetus for a redesign of the YMH site.
Aerosmith HIV Care & Prevention Fund, 2006
In 2006, we received additional funding from the Aerosmith HIV Care & Prevention Fund to establish our male peer educator program. Thankfully, this grant has continued to provide funding for both the peer educator and some assistance for development of the new YMH site.
Private Donation, 2007
In 2007, we received additional funding through a generous private donation which will insure that Young Men's Health continues to thrive well into the future.
